Hello Again!

Recently I have had several people ask me, “What does the Wellness Center part of your name mean?” That is a great question.

We have several reasons to be called a wellness center or a wellness based private practice. We have a wide array of vitamins and supplements to naturally promote wellness. But I feel the most important aspect of wellness I can offer is the Chiropractic adjustment.

The Chiropractic adjustment is not only the greatest way to relieve aches and pains, but it is also the best way to prevent degeneration of the spine. And that is true wellness!


Did you know?
-The human body is composed of about 50 trillion cells. Of which none can survive without proper nerve stimulation from the spinal cord.

-The discs, or cushioning, in between the vertebrae, are composed of about 80% water! So stay well hydrated.
