There’s a new buzz in the air about personal health and pain relief, and it’s coming from Marshall Chiropractic Health and Wellness Center at 81st & South Sheridan.

Doctor Ryan Marshall takes an optimistic approach to helping others live without unnecessary pain and illness. “With proper spinal alignment through regular adjustments, the body’s immune system becomes stronger as it no longer has to deal with the problems that onset from having a compromised spine and nervous system,” he explains. “Pulled muscles, a tense back, neck pain… all these problems tax the body’s ability to repair itself in other areas. Proper spinal alignment means less sick days for the patient.”

Other times, chiropractic adjustments are a necessary step to rehabilitation following a serious injury.

Dr. Marshall found out first hand how helpful a chiropractor can be during the difficult time of rehabilitation. While attending Oklahoma State University, he and his fiancée, Holly, were struck by a car while walking in a cross-walk. During his recovery, the then pre-med student would discover that the best help available to him would come from his chiropractor. It was during this critical time in his life that he decided that he too, wanted to help better the world by becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic.

Shortly after their incident, both Ryan and Holly recovered, and were married. They moved to Dallas, Texas, where Ryan was accepted at the Parker College of Chiropractic.

Now that dream has come to fulfillment, and Dr. Marshall has chosen his home town of Tulsa to open his practice. Shortly after opening Marshall Chiropractic, the Marshall’s were blessed with the birth of their first daughter, Emily Faith, on December 18th.
